The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the Ministry of Commerce jointly launched a 2025 special campaign focusing on five directions: industrial chain docking, production-marketing services, industry-university-research collaboration, etc. Aimed at enhancing product variety, quality, and branding, the action seeks to form a closed-loop ecosystem of "technology research - achievement transformation - market application." It will promote integration of domestic and foreign trade through platforms like the "Cotton Textile Consumption Season" and "Green Fashion Textile & Apparel Consumption Season," while strengthening regional industrial collaboration to assist central-western regions in undertaking industrial transfer and eastern regions in quality upgrading.
